I am very concerned. The privacy of american citizens is very shaky to say the least.Its probbly almost as bad in the UK. Thank God for the hero Snowden.At least he woke people up.--And it all ties in together with the central govt(s) wanting and gaining more and more and more control through 1000s of sneakly ways--many of which are technically legal. Take over 90% of the land in Nevada and then declare taxes(and then you are a lawbreaker if you object and dont pay them) and intimidate people who have no money or power to defend themselves.Form phoney environmental groups--make your own rules and laws--and then abuse regular hardworking citizens--like the slime at CARB--1 billion dollar a yr funding in california for useless bureaucrats to ruin the lives of working class americans--Any excuse or law to tap phones/look at peoples internet history/ etc etc. IRS abusing conservative groups for political gain etc etc.
Its a very precarious situation around the world.God help us all.

I believe they need your permission to film you, you may want to look into that...

We've been told, all they need do is attach stickers to the cab stating 'This vehicle is fitted with CCTV cameras' and that's it.

Of course, if they need permission all they'll do is say 'sign this, if you don't - you'd better find another job' ....... they've done it before.

Don't know if everyone is aware, we now need three licences to drive an HGV vehicle for hire or reward. Last year we were told to sign a mandate form saying we give our permission to a third party to collect our personal information direct from DVLA at any time. When I refused saying where is their privacy statement?.....I was told, just sign it or find another job.

Which is just one reason why I bang on about immigrants so much - Companies have us over a barrel because we all know there is an army of HGV truckers from Eastern Europe listed at the thousands of agencies which have sprung up here, just itching to take your job.

Anarchy is actually the answer! We lived eons without governments! Governments only function is to administrate CITY affairs...politics, polity, police, polis...or another term, Culture which is derived from the affairs of the city (the current legislative culture started when Joseph was the administrator of Egypt). Governments function on two levels, the legislator and executive! Policy is a contract of insurance of proof! Proof! However first you should learn how to claim back your inherent sovereign authority!

Obviously only you know what attitude you have and what angle your coming from with your posts when it comes to me? but, because of your general posts towards me, your context comes across 'to me' as you displaying a 'dislike' for me by posting 'snipe' type posts throwing digs at me and belittling me...I'm just explaining to you, how you come across to me. If I've misinterpreted you/your posts then I apologise as I would like us to get passed this stage if it's all the same to you?
