Of course it's not hard to peel a potato :dunno: .... it's the convenience on occasion when required that makes it much easier :thumbsup:

Love the ready prepared colcannon too..... few minutes in the microwave...... loads a butter! :mrgreen:

Off the back of this thread I gave the frozen mash ago. Reduces quite a bit when cooking but for a quick meal its really convenient and tasty. :smilin:
