Then I go to Lumpac and make it the size I need.

NOW I do not know how to put it on DOGS.

Yes, you’ll find it below the submit button..... then can add any pic you’ve saved!

Maj go to upload attachment which is below the window you are typing in when making a reply .... might have to scroll down a bit.
Choose file.
Is it in downloads pictures desktop whatever choose it and the bit everyone forgets is after choosing it press the button to the right which says add the file.
When you have added the file it takes you to whatever you were typing and there's no picture there which throws many people but if you scroll back down to add file you'll see above it confirmation that the file is now actually there ... press submit.
