Mussels (with "frites" - and Belgium beer)

Clams (in a chowder)

It depends on how they are processed and cooked. Processed and cooked appropriately they are not unusually chewy.

Calamari is never cooked to my liking, it usually comes over chewy, I have stopped ordering it.
Cannot be bathed to cook it at home, that is if you can get it.

Love those too and mussels.

Wife eats a lot of squid, just boils it. Can't stand it like that but like calamari rings.
