Trump betas have a imprinted need to say 'what about Biden' every time Donald Trump is mentioned.

It's a Pavlovian response you can have endless fun playing with.

Although it was a lighthearted dig at those who ran headlines for weeks about Joe Biden farting there are few details have emerged that lend a lot of weight to this story.

As it turns out Trump's team went to a nearby McDonalds and, without ordering ahead, showed up to order about $700 worth of food, which when you consider that a Big Mac Meal is less than $15 is quite a lot of food. Details of the order have been leaked it was very much what those wanting to appear as Alphas would order - Not a salad in sight. And that much protein and grease, and sitting around doing not much, some digestive problems, and their alleged potency, are almost inevitable.

But we all saw the footage of Trump in Chick-fil-a (which wasn't a staged event with only the local branch of the Young Republicans in attendance - honest) - having made the lunch counter staff run themselves ragged with such a massive order at a normally busy lunchtime Trump left a big tip right?

Wrong.

No tip. Not a dime.

Away from Trump's inability to control his bowel movements and stay awake the rest of the trial hasn't been going in a direction anyone in the MAGA camp would like.

I think the strategy for Donald Trump, and he used it before the trial ever started, was to attack Michael Cohen, cast doubt on his credibility and pursue a strategy of jury negation based on the Trump v Cohen narrative, and that's not how it has been working out at all.

First Trump's long time friend, and someone who clearly bears no animus towards the former President, David Pecker revealed matter of factly that the man who so often screams about fake news was putting out fake news stories about his GOP rivals before he even declared that he was running. David Pecker put himself, Cohen and Trump in a room with clear knowledge their activities were criminal in nature.

Next came witnesses to verify and enter into the record a plethora of texts, emails, invoices and receipts to prove that every word David Pecker had said was true.

Then came Keith Davidson whose evidence that Trump knew all about the illegal payments to Karen McDougal and Stormy Daniels was again backed up by documents and was presented beside Trump's contemporaneous denials of the proven facts and claims that the allegations of his affairs were utter false.

The prosecution is following a strategy of making a claim, proving the claim to be true with witness testimony, backing up that witness testimony with documents then showing how Donald Trump had twisted and turned through an ever changing narrative to explain away the incriminating evidence. A strategy that may pay dividends when, at the end of the trial, Trump is seen to try the same in front of an impartial jury armed with all the facts.
