Can we just once leave Trump out of it and talk about Biden?

Sure what do you want to talk about.

His record job creation numbers?
How the price of petrol has been falling in the US for 80 days straight?
How he has stayed out of the DOJ investigation and left the justice system to do it's job?
How he has helped millions of students by cancelling Student Loans in the same way PPP loans were cancelled?
How he has reduced the price of vital drugs and medical equipment for all Americans and for Veterans and the families of Armed Services in particular?

Maybe you want to talk about the CHIPs and Science Act that has brought vital investment to the semi-conductor industry or the Safer Communities Act that has made Americans safer from gun violence.

That's a lot to choose from, and it's not an exhaustive list by any means.

Which one do you want to talk about

All of the things listed are independently verifiable facts.

You have become completely entrenched in the Trump Cult.

Yeah, he's been doing pretty well. His new reforms are returning wealth to the working and middle class and are being compared to Roosevelt's successful green new deal rather than the GOP's insistence on cutting taxes for the wealthy, it's refreshing :smilin:

If you guys are happy to end up as an extension of China, then so be it. I think it's pretty much a given that Biden is not the commander in chief, so who ever is pulling his strings has an agenda not necessarily in Americans best interest. It's pretty obvious, but people who can't hear or see, or maybe refuse to, can never be convinced, they might just have to find out the hard way, when it really starts hurting. The sad thing is, they also drag the people in control of all their six senses with them. The sixth sense being the common sense.

88% of Americans polled would disagree with you. Not sure of your media source but it's obviously slanted.
Biden and his administration is a disaster. They're terrified of Trump running again because he has at least 71 million people ready to vote for him.
If he doesn't run, DeSantis will be a shoo-in. The Democrats haven't got the sense to let Trump run either as a Rep or independent and split the vote.
Low wage workers saw low pay rises this year are nowhere cost cost of living. They are struggling to buy food/pay bills. And they see Biden give people with college degrees earning good money a debt forgiveness of thousands of dollars. Which the middleclass workers will have to pick up the cost of.Add to that the problem they have on the border and Democratic run sanctuary cities crying about illegals being bused in (never mind they were being flown in, in the middle of the night and that was alright) Democrats are going to have a hard time selling this as a win in November
I doubt very much he will run in 2024.

I doubt Biden will run in 2024 too but it isn't about him.

Job creation was much higher than expected - in fact Joe Biden has overseen the creation of 10 million jobs.

He has reduced child poverty, improved access to healthcare and improved environmental standards - whether done by Joe Biden, Nancy Pelosi or Kamala Harris these are good things.

A labour shortage in the US has meant there has been some wage growth, in fact for low income workers the average wage growth was 17.4% last year https://www.bls.gov/news.release/pdf/empsit.pdf but that has tailed off in recent months.

So I don't know where you and Holly are getting your facts from, or if you're just seeing things because someone has slipped something into the Trump Kool Aid - be careful of that.

How much do they pay you for this? Rich entitled people sent their kids to top colleges (usually in other countries) and pay cash for it and I doubt that some geek working for Apple or MS had a problem paying off their loan with their first pay cheque, teachers, nurses and other critical industries require degrees and don't pay very well, I saw a degree only job advertised for $22.000 a year on another site yesterday, what's your view on the PPP fraud situation btw?

I'd go through your whole post but you are in a cult and it wastes my time :smilin:

The Orange Loser has lost again in truly spectacular style.

https://www.independent.co.uk/news/worl ... 63807.html

In the 65-page opinion and order handed down late Thursday, Judge Middlebrooks begins by saying Mr Trump’s complaint “is difficult to summarize in a concise and cohesive manner” as it was “certainly not presented that way.”

The judge goes on to say Mr Trump’s characterisations of the events referred to in his lawsuit “are implausible because they lack any specific allegations which might provide factual support for the conclusions reached”.

The judge also described Trump's claim that starting an investigation into election interference has blocked that same investigation as 'perplexing'.

There was a lot more but essentially the judged called out the Orange Loser as an unhinged, delusion cretin without actually using those words.

Christina Bobb, former OAN anchor and Trump's latest lawyer, who signed a deposition saying there were no classified documents stored at Mar-a-lago, has retained a lawyer herself because - and this will come as a surprise to Holly and no-one else - Trump has said he trusted his lawyers to carry out a zealous search for such documents and turn them over when he himself was not at the property.

She will be the 38th lawyer Trump has thrown under the bus.

With more than 40 Trump lawyers singled out for ethics complaints and even more facing charges, legal experts joke MAGA now stands for 'Making Attorneys Get Attorneys'

State Law Will Release Second-Degree Murder Suspects Without Bail: 'The End of Days'

When a new Illinois law takes effect next year, it will do away with the cash bail system in the state, meaning suspects charged with felonies, including second-degree murder, aggravated battery, and arson, will be released without bail.

The Counter Signal reports the Safety, Accountability, Fairness and Equity-Today Act, also called the SAFE-T Act, would end cash bail and includes 12 non-detainable offenses, second-degree murder, aggravated battery, and arson without bail, as well as drug-induced homicide, kidnapping, burglary, robbery, intimidation, aggravated DUI, aggravated fleeing and eluding, drug offenses and threatening a public official.

When the law takes effect on Jan. 1, 2023, criminals charged with the crimes mentioned above will be released without bail.

Will County State's Attorney James Glasgow said in a YouTube video it will be the "end of days" once the law kicks in. He says the hands of police, prosecutors, and judges will be tied.

Glasgow said he won't be able to hold people longer than three months if they demand trial. "On the 90th day, they get out, no matter what crime they committed," the state attorney said.

The bill "will destroy the city and the state of Illinois," Glasgow said. "I don't even understand (how) the people who support it can't realize that."
Brown County State's Attorney Mike Hill, Sheriff Justin Oliver, and Mount Sterling Police Chief Brandon Norris said in a 1,800-word statement that releasing so many suspects in this manner will have "disastrous consequences for the entire State of Illinois."

So a court has to reconsider whether a person should remain in custody if there is no trial date after a reasonable period.

The state doesn't just get to throw you in prison and keep you there.

Are you supporting this position, the one where you can't be imprisoned indefinitely without trial while the police go on a fishing expedition to find something to charge you with, or against it, Holly.

With a trip to Washington and still in his golfing clothes it makes you wonder about the reason for the journey today.
