Which would allow the armoured brigades of Ukraine to attack without attack helicopters and fixed wing Russian airplanes from interfering.

Peace talks won’t happen unless the Ukrainians are bullied into it by the west, but even then they will refuse to agree terms, knowing full well that they’ll be stronger next year, with their best chance ever of defeating Putin.
