Probably with egg, because pineapple and diabetes don’t go well together.

Pineapple and poor diabetic management don't go well together, and that much salt is bad for your heart... :NAA:

I don’t touch pineapple, read again.

You have poor diabetes management, read again...

No i don’t, my glucose monitor keeps me in check very well.

Why make shit up?

Oh I forgot, you often make bold statements that are untrue.

A bit of research would stop you being wrong all the time.

I really enjoyed that!
Tonight homemade chicken soup with crusty bread... just had a taste very nice.

Buggered up scraping it out but lesson learned, use a thin baking tray in the future. It's been a while :shame:

Looks substantial. PS there's a lot of phallic symbolism on that table.

Don't forget he's not T1 like your lad he can't inject himself and then eat more or less what he likes.
T2 is a whole different ball game.
Eating the white bread is losing control for most T2@s

I'd say it's your cruets more than your bangers. Your salt and pepper pots look like they've been circumcised. :ooer:

I had mash last night :snooty:

I've ordered an air fryer because it looked nice and for no other reason. I'm looking forward to weekends filled with those taco chicken strips that you can get from Lidl and spicy mayonnaise :grub:
