Morrisons take out Chicken Korma with rice and chapati. Obv reduced the sugar, it wasn't that great. :again?:

A gammon joint in the slow cooker with brown sugar under and on top of it is delicious, no liquid, it makes its own… the sugar draws the salt out too! :canny:

You can buy a nice compact air fryer that won't take up much space and handy when you only need to cook for one person. Charity shops normally have them fairly cheap.
