Were these the ones that come from the supermarket with a sauce that you oven cook for half an hour? I've considered getting something like this from Tesco, they have a variety of them but the reviews are mixed. How were yours?

Yeah, back home Friday evening. It's been very useful and I've learned a lot.

Yeah, back home Friday evening. It's been very useful and I've learned a lot.

That's good, it also gave you a bit of a break from work, right?

Its been far more exhausting than my usual 9 1/2 hour day shifting around 4 tonnes of stuff but I've gained some very useful skills and a qualification. Gloucester Services farm shop on the way back for sausages and posh bread :wubwub:

A lush green salad [romaine, rocket, cucumber] + beef toms, boiled eggs & ham.
With a small warmed-up ciabatta.

What's on the menu tonight? Course 10

I stopped at the famous Gloucester services on the way back along the M5 (Google 'a Cotswold Farmshop') and had a decent fish and chips with peas but sadly no curry sauce for a tenner, the server was a bit stressed but it was peak service and filled with old women tutting a lot because they had to wait for their cup of tea because that's all they have now. I felt a little bit sad for them.

I succumbed to eight old spot pork bangers for £7.20 at the farm shop, Soss & mash or sausage toad? :dunno:

After 3 weeks of eating our own body weight in fat and sugar (apart from the Black Pelican) baked beans on toast.
