Missing Bass

Paul McCartney has asked Hofner to help find his 'missing' bass guitar he bought from a music shop in Hamburg in 1961 for just £30. It disappeared just eight years later and has never been seen since.

Personally I reckon it got nicked but whoever has it cannot sell it as it's totally unique.

It will have been landfill by 1969 or wrecked in the early 70's, I doubt if it exists.
