It suits North Korea because they’ll get grain, to help fend off famine, and satellite tech that’ll boost its international presence.
Russia will benefit from artillery shells, because it cannot produce enough for its own daily usage.

China’s far too worried about its economy at the moment.

Plus I’m guessing they’re watching how Russia’s imperialistic war in Ukraine has led to a lot of negatives and turned Russia into a pariah state.

If they want the same to happen to them, and see the destruction of their own economy, it should see them put the invasion of Taiwan put on hold for the foreseeable future.
