Got a telephone call from our Electricity Supplier this morning to say that we are on the priority list due to overhead cables etc and every effort to reinstate would be made in event of a breakdown in supply due to the forthcoming storm " Isha" starting this evening and throughout tomorrow and we were given a priority telephone number to call .

Never had this before , do the Authorities know some thing they are not going to tell the public .

I had a night out last night, it was bloody cold to say the least.
Warmer today though.

Just got in and what a drive!
Chunks of tree all over the roads almost everywhere.
Some localised flooding but nothing serious yet.
Highest wind recorded today in UK is Capel Curig here in North Wales.
100 MPH and more expected in the next couple of hours.

Last night we had very high winds and sporadic torrential rain.
The windows were rattling.

Storm Isha was bad, but Storm Jocelyn is on its way now and it does sound as though it’s going to create even more havoc.
Batten down the hatches chaps.
