You can use wallpaper, wrapping paper, comics, newspapers, photos, patterned serviettes etc...

Love this look, and more simple to achieve than it looks...

Wow thats really good.

I was gonna try and do similar with some bedside drawers but decided I just don't have the time for it right now

Hark at her...

I’ll come and do yours if you like ..... I love doing it, if I had a workshop i’d buy all sorts of old furniture, do it up and sell it!..... I did a large old mirror with a wide wooden frame not long ago... painted it first, then decoupage with fine cream lace! :wubwub:

I probs should have decorated and got the new carpet down before I put the furniture up :grrrrr:

Hmm. Looks like you need a screwdriver or two, as well as a drill, wall plugs, plus maybe a few nuts and bolts.

Or is that the latest and greatest iPhone camera.

 In view of this mean-spirited bit of unprovoked baiting, I'm gonna pile on to say...

You're way too tight-fisted to let your miserly old coin purse ever see the light of day, so where do you get off taking the piss out of people who know how to live a little, you blinkered ignorant tosser?

It was a joke Vam and trust me I have lived a little.

Surely you can see that about the iPhone. I have no idea what phone that picture/image was taken with.

Didn't you once say you like doing decoupage on things like lampshades too? I remember the pics you posted - they looked good

Drawers open or closed should still be horizontal on a chest of draws. If you buy flat packs they have a tendency to come apart and lose their alignment because of not normally using pure wood, but plasterboard type material, i.e. the screws/bolts lose their grip.

"Chest of draws" twice now!!!!!
To use one of your own favourite quotes,
"SPEAK ENGLISH, MOTHERFUCKER" :shame:

Yeah alright.

It's actually 'English motherfucker, do you speak it'?

Samuel L. Jackson. Pulp Fiction.

So, assuming the third drawer is horizontal and opened slightly, the top drawer isn't horizontal, open or not.

So, you can't see the angles are different.

has anyone ever explained shadows to you?

I thought they were called Rawl plugs :dunno: .... have I been saying it wrong for years? :gigglesnshit:

It's the same thing.

Google image it.

I'm not piling on but I've only ever used rawl plugs for wall fixings, you're just going to need some self-tappers and some tacks for a chest of drawers. Fucking trust me on this...

Tacks don't work well on fake wood, but I get your point.

Alright. Point taken. Looking alright now.

It just didn't look completely right in the original image.

And breathe.

Dare I ask what is that ornament next to the picture of presumably your other half and daughter?

She loves them. Happy as a pig in shit. I’m torn about painting the pine bit white though.

Thank you X! I’m not a pink person usually, but I do quite like it.
