I live in an area of the country that's heavily forested.
Pine trees which are brilliant for oxygen creation but they are a crop planted in long straight lines to make harvesting easier.
These trees are cut down starting around 7 years old.
Some make it to 15 years old very few beyond that.
All day everyday you see big logging trucks hauling away the trunks.
Visitors often remark that it won't be long before all the forests are gone here but we then have to explain ... for every one cut down three are planted ....

Barring nuclear war breaking out, any cataclysmic changes to this planet of ours would be cyclical, rather than man-made, and there have been cyclical changes to the planet since the beginning of time.

I actually admire Al Gore and anthropogenic climate change is (to me) an undeniable fact.

Trump's cabal is fortunately small and he won't last long anyway - meanwhile a lot of US states will mitigate the damage he and his buddies will do in his short term of office.
