Summed up my opinion in two words.

I'm fine with the day and grateful for the holiday. My lad lives with me and we've got a remote control monster truck comp happening on Christmas morning

Yeah, it's bullshit but it's good bullshit. If you're alone on the day then go to a Chinese place for your meal

For reasons I am not going to go into on here it is bound to be fucking awful.

Almost everything bad that has ever happened to me has happened over November to Christmas time - this will be worse.

Sorry to be such a miserable cunt - I am glad other people will be happy. :cuppaT:

Keyserchief, if you are going to be alone and are dreading it this year, is there anywhere you could volenteer? There maybe somewhere serving christmas dinner to homeless or something like that who could use a spare pair of hands. Just an idea, get you out of the house on the day and get something positive out of it.

Is all this because you don't have a partner? Some people will spend the day on the streets.

Some people spend the festive season with a bag over their heads poor buggers - must be very difficult to eat their Christmas dinner. :wubwub:

Sorry, I tried to resize it but it wouldn't accept it grrrrrrr. Either find a smaller one, or maybe Vicky or Stooo will know how to do it tomorrow.
