The Paul O'Grady show this evening is going to be a nightmare! :ooer:

Oh fuck, it's back to back tonight :yikes:

Did you hear him on Radio 2 on the special programme dedicated to her?

He was okay, up until they played "Alfie"

Funnily enough, he said Cilla hated listening to her own songs. :paranoid:

I had to turn over the bits where he played her records, can't stand her voice.

She was a very lucky woman, making the amount of money she did as a singer considering she couldn't sing.

She reckoned she would have won Britain's Got Talent, cause "Talent will out" :ooer:

Cilla Black's funeral will take place next Thursday at St Mary's Church in the suburb of Woolton.

After the service she'll be laid to rest in a private service at Allerton Cemetery, where her parents are buried.

I like him for his love of animals :wubbers:

Cilla Black's funeral takes place later today.

Jimmy Tarbuck, Paul O'Grady and Christopher Biggins will all give readings at the service and Cliff Richard will sing.

Tom Jones has hired a private plane to fly in for the service, but there's no word on whether or not Ringo Starr and Paul McCartney will be there.

Yes of course Macca and Ritchie.

You would have thought they could have made the effort, i mean they'd known her for more than fifty years. Image

Maybe, but it might be myth that they were friends or anything. I can't really see what they had in common, apart from being Scousers.

And tbh, I would have done anything to avoid bumping into Tarby, Paul O'Grady, Biggins and having to listen to Sir Clifford sing. :gigglesnshit:

I think he overdid it slightly, especially with the dramatic hand gestures and that funny look on his face. Image

Just hope to god he doesn't release it as his next single.

And they clapped - it's meant to be a funeral not a show!

I know, i've never been at a funeral where people applauded someone for signing. I couldn't help noticing one of the priests behind him, looked rather uncomfortable.

Oh and i wouldn't be surprised, if it was brought out as a charity single. Image

I never thought of that and Tom Jones is another one that completely different nowadays.

He was there as well, still at least he didn't sing.

You shouldn't clap at a funeral, it's disrespectful.

No you shouldn't.

The only other time I've seen people clapping at a funeral, was after Earl Spencer made that speech at Princess Diana's funeral.
