All they do now is moan about extra costs and impositions placed upon them.
They’re all as thick as pig shit.

It's the remainers who are moaning about that.

Except we're not. We actually warned you about things like this but Brexiters dismissed it as "Project Fear" and more "Remoaner scaremongering".

You avoided answering BL's question, "Why did anyone vote leave, didn’t they even consider the consequences?"

BL made a sweeping statement, so I made one back. I expect you didn't realise that.

Hardly sweeping and to help you I highlighted the pertinent bit - "didn’t they even consider the consequences?"

He's still waiting for an answer to that.

Was there not a cost to be a member of the EU?

If so, who paid that cost?

Google is there for you.

It was a miniscule amount per person per annum and the country benefitted massively.

I've heard that mantra before, from folks that supported paying for more levels of government.

Call me a skeptic.

Not a sceptic no - obviously bloody hard up though. In your lingo it worked out at 46 cents a day.

On the subject of scepticism surely someone who deals with finance would understand multipliers.

It's there for all of us.

We could just google everything, and never have any discussions.

However, Avon was kind enough to answer.

Yes why do clubs like members.

Surely golf clubs can sit there serenely with absolutely no-one playing golf.

It was costing me thirty four quid a year not that I cared. I'd pay more to get back what we had and probably will do looking at the current trajectory...

Why all the angst :dunno:

It's not even 7 quid guest, it's 7 euros.

These people were practically suicidal when there was a 2p rise on a tin of baked beans and 5p on a 4 pack of bog roll at the time of the referendum - imagine what 7 whole euros means to them!

It is the Brexiter who are aghast at the 7 Euros

The rest of us and explaining to Brexiters that leaving the EU means we're not in the EU anymore - a concept the Daily Mail and Daily Express seem to be struggling with.

I'm speaking about the comments on this forum by the individuals who were known to have voted Remain.

You cannot generalise and say it's either side who are complaining about the 7 euros - there are tight people on both sides, and people on both sides who don't give a shit about 7 euros.

But in forum terms, it's the Remainers on here who fret when things cost more.

Because it took the lives of thousands of young men, some of whom were just teenagers, to bring about a united Europe. Why else do you think Putin wants to see it broken up?

Can you read?

The former remainers are wondering why the Brexiters are bitching about getting exactly what they wanted.

UK musicians and support staffs will be granted visa free travel.

The SNP’s Pete Wishart, who is also a musician and former member of Runrig, welcomed the announcement.

He said: “The decision to scrap touring visas in the first place was politically motivated by the Tories and their ‘Brexit Britain’ ideology - and should never have been made. Especially given the EU was ready and willing to continue them reciprocatively.

“It is right that the UK government has finally seen sense, done what should have been done from the get-go, and negotiated to allow our musicians and performers to tour visa-free around Europe.

“Although visa-free travel for artists to nineteen countries is good, it is not the full access we had as part of the EU, and I hope the UK government continues to negotiate to ensure our artists can travel freely throughout all 27 EU countries.

“Anything less than that will still drive up the costs and cut long-standing creative ties between Scotland and some European countries.”
