Don't forget there was a negotiated, agreed pay rise recommended by the Government's own review and accepted through a full process of consultation that Boris scrapped on a whim whilst handing £37 billion to a test and trace app that never worked.

Or ignoring test, trace and isolate procedures as the PM and cabinet are as Javid contracts COVID.

It's pretty obvious by now that we're going to go through the same performance we had last year where the summer months when things are relatively safe are used to try to give businesses and tourism as much income as possible before we're forced to close up again in September or October.

If we were actually 'following the science' we would not be opening up again until at least 80% of the UK population had received both vaccine doses and a further two weeks had passed. Or perhaps 85% depending on if the vaccine is 96% or 94% effective in preventing hospitalisations (the difference between 96% and 94% results in triple the number in hospital with serious complications).

Freedumb Day has to be the biggest example of 'gesture politics' yet.

LoL at James O'Brien and 'passion' in the same sentence. Let alone FURIOUS passion. :pmsl:

He has to be the most monotonous, monotonal, dull, dreary, boring, miserable wet blanket in the history of radio - he's like a sleeping pill in human form - and that's just the sound of his voice.

Throw in the whingy, whiny content of what he says, and even the world's worst insomniac will be out within seconds.

Wilfred Zaha of Crystal Palace won't take the knee because it's degrading. He also refuses to have BLM on the back of his shirt.

Triggered, Red? (that almost rhymes!)
Jame's wife adores him, he'll cope without your love!

As for Zaha, ...when the higher echelons in the FA and the Olympic committee need the opinions of a total nobody from Crystal Palace who never made the cut for a regular place in the England team, I'm sure they will ask.

Enjoy your Sunday, Red. :Wiiiine!:

Not so much a U turn, more like a handbrake turn in a Gp B rally car this time. People still have confidence in this pile of shit, the rich and the stupid.

Yes of course, his audience figures tell a different story :smilin:

If Zaha chooses not to take the knee that's his choice.

When Marcus Rashford chooses to take the knee that's his choice.

Both are showing their feelings in a peaceful and non-violent way and are fully entitled to do so.

I didn't agree with Red, I agreed with Wilfried Zaha.

Before you accuse anyone of following someone else around, think about how you follow mods around sucking up to them at every opportunity.

You think that only footballers who make the England team are entitled to an opinion then. Your snobbish attitude is getting worse and worse, and your hero worship of those in the England team is sad to see.

Total nobody? He's a black footballer - the exact person taking the knee is supposed to be supporting.

I'm surprised that you dismiss black people so lightly.
