You actually believe shite like that, do you ?

Keir Hardy, the founder of the modern Labour Party, was a Fabian socialist. Prior to this, he supported the Liberals, but became disenchanted with Gladstone's economic policies.

His realisation of the class struggle was his guiding rule of conduct. In the House of Commons he was alone, ringed round by a barrier of reserve impassable by any of the bourgeois members whom he regarded as his political and class enemies. He associated with no one at Westminster till the Labour Members came there to join him.

He had conceived the Labour Party as a sturdy, determined body of fighters, irreconcilably hostile to both the capitalist parties, attacking the employing class in Parliament as though engaged in a strike and giving no quarter.

He was no communist. In fact, he rejected Marx's ideas on the need for revolution to change society.

One man was not a communist leaning figure whoopee fucking doo, I see in your statement above, other labour members came and joined him. Yep from communist minded sympathisers seeing the Labour party would grow if their people got in and took it over. Todays events show they have been infiltrated successfully for years and years. Corbyn come to mind. It;s no good Canny the bloke you worship is done. Your bleating and whining is not changing anything now.

Oh dear. Proven wrong, so Roc throws the toys out of the cot again.

Keir Hardy formed the Labour Party. Keir Hardy was explicitly not a communist.

Your silly statement "the Labour party was born of Communist minded people" is therefore nonsense.

Grow a pair and admit you have been reading the Daily Heil again. We understand - addiction is a horrid thing, especially to clickbait lies for the elderly.

Of course I read that wonderful News paper the Daily Mail. It's full of interesting things like CORBYN cosying up to communist spies. Canny just grasp the fact he is done. And as for Keir Hardy being a non communist he's just one man you admitted people joined him from the Labour party. Many of them back in the day having communist leanings saw the New Labour formation was in their interest. As todays revelations show 15 plus Labour party members and Corbyn all now in the frame. Hard evidence will follow. You will just have to hero worship some one else in that no hoper party.

Jeremy Corbyn, John McDonnell and Ken Livingstone were among a group of at least 15 Labour figures who passed information to the Soviet Union, a former Eastern-bloc agent has claimed.

There was a woman on BBC last night from the Stasi and she said the only list Corbyn was on was a list of potentials.
Hundreds of British political military and industrial people were on those lists.
Now we have this ......

Jeremy Corbyn threatens Tory MP with legal action over libelous tweet about 'Communist spies'

What secrets a young backbencher could have come up with that would have been of the slightest interest to foreign powers I know not.

Was Jeremy Corbyn a Communist spy? The evidence says no

In 2012, claims also emerged that Conservative MP Raymond Mawby had provided information to the Czechs for a decade, including sensitive information about parliamentary colleagues. Mawby had been enticed to spy for the StB during off-the-record discussions about politics and trade unions, before being asked to provide “documents from Parliament”.

The StB reported that it paid Mawby for his information, gradually, “deepening the compromising of his position”. Mawby was vulnerable and loved gambling and money but provided little top secret information. Most was on internal Conservative Party politics, documents have since revealed. He eventually stood down in 1983 and died in 1990.

Eastern Bloc intelligence agencies were always on the lookout for new recruits. In 1975, the ................. http://theconversation.com/was-jeremy-c ... s-no-91962

Unfortunately for these newspapers, the years of slurs, of stretching the truth to breaking point, of completely one-sided reporting, may be creeping up on them. They do not wield the power they once did, their circulations are falling and people simply don’t trust them anymore.

The Sun, which was one of the main proponents of this week’s ridiculous story, was rated least trustworthy of all major news sources in a survey carried out by Ipsos Mori at the end of last year.

So did the Tory MP stand his ground, and his accusation ?

Nah.

The gutless toff deleted his tweet. He knew it was utterly groundless.

1-0 Corbyn.

The only person in high office who has colluded with a Russian source is T.May when she met cadet bone spurs.

This is some sort of convoluted smear attempt by billionaire newspaper owners to distrust the opposition leader, that's fine during a GE campaign but it makes you wonder what is over the next hill, why start the opposition years away from a GE?

FWIW, Corbyn got a No.1 on his Czech security rating, spies start at 4 according to their archiver. He wasn't privy to national secrets and would have been pretty useless to anyone at the time.

I don't like the man, most of his policies and will be actively campaigning against his party at the next election but this stuff is dildos.

My intuition says that the RW tabloid rags have inside info that May is close to quitting (she'll quote health grounds) forcing an early election.
