Tbh, I hoped the remain vote had won. The thought of all those lovely Muslims flooding every town, city and village of Britain made me smile.
I hope there is another vote. You get what you deserve in this life x.

Tell Farage that.

"...footage from BBC Question Time on 9 June – just weeks before the referendum – shows the Ukip leader claiming the available cash was higher than £350 million and saying money should be spent on hospitals and GPs.

“Can we just get to the truth of this - £350 million a week is wrong, it’s higher than that,” he told the programme’s audience."

(The Independent)

so the cash spent could well be higher. why do you think he was lying?

I never saw that poster, never seen much actually. But the NHS doesn't need extra money, local councils do to ease the burden of the NHS becoming a giant care home.

I've come to the conclusion that English is not the first language of several on here.

Bus slogan stated "Let's fund our NHS"... Which is clearly, as our resident American friend noticed, a suggestion, not a promise.

Anyway, on a more serious note the uk has been hit by a lot of flooding this weekend.

Rumour has it that the rain has a rather salty taste...apparently it's the tears of the sad little remainers.

Selfish sods. :smilin:

It's says 'lets' not 'we pledge' or 'will' or 'promise'

And anyone that agrees to that is agreeing to the NHS remaining at large a giant care home that isn't value for money. Only a fool would agree to that.

So what is the intent of the poster then?

I wonder if the Leave campaign will U-turn on this promise

Cornwall pleaded with the government to step in to fill the gap to be left by EU funding after the county decisively voted for Brexit.

The county, which has suffered economically since the collapse of the mining industry, relies heavily on subisidies from Brussels.

It is believed to have received more than €650million from 2007 to 2013 in EU funding to help develop infrastructure, broadband and universities.

Prior to the vote, a statement on the council’s website said the county had been reassured that leaving the EU would not affect funds that had already been allocated to it by the EU.

Brexit campaigners also promised Cornwall would receive equal or better investment before the vote

Good luck with that Cornwall :doomed:

To say that there will be extra money to spend where it's needed and also that Boris looks a bit overwhelmed or he's got nits!

#VoteLeave: I am with @Vote_leave because we should stop sending £350 million per week to Brussels, and spend our money on our NHS instead.

But they have since said that they will not be spending this "extra" money where it's needed - that's what this thread is about. :dunno:

No it isn't. You are basically nit picking!

Local councils need the extra cash to free up bed space within hospitals. Money doesn't need to squandered on projects like the eden project that should be self sufficient. If you had a business and it wasn't successful you wouldn't keep taking out loans to prop it up would you? You would be looking at where you make savings, and changes, and if all that failed you'd have to admit defeat.

If Cornwall council can afford to give away hundreds of thousands of taxpayers money to the eden project, then I would argue that there isn't poverty there. They have to get their priorities right, and if anything, leaving Europe might just highlight where money has been wasted. Or squirrelled away under the guise of charities.

If they have been promised x amount of cash they should have it but under our rules not the EU. Our rules being that it benefits the people living there and isn't wasted.

Nah, this thread is about sad little cunts that can't accept a nationwide vote, and are intent on now causing dissent and disruption wherever they can.

We should all now be standing together, treacherous cunt.
