The McCanns are said to be disgusted by Acorah’s claims. A source said: “Kate and Gerry are sickened. This character Derek Acorah is nothing but a self-publicist. It’s incredibly distasteful and insensitive.”

All these fucking con artists and the media shows/papers that promote them should be strung up by thier bollocks. That David Acorah was actually promoted by The Sun about 12 months ago. I posted 5 comments under the story and not one was published. John Edward, Lisa Williams, Mystic Fucking Meg the whole lot are frauds.

Don't get me wrong, I place them in the same category as the religious organisations, the water diviners, spiritulalists (and their magic stones etc) and Aliens/UFO's the list goes on. They are bullshit industries making money off of gullible people. I could be argued that if the people are gullible enough to part with money for these con artists then that's their lookout, and there is some truth in that. However in many cases involving these fraudulent cunts the people are grieving and vulnerable.

I do still believe that there is a world after this one, but no - I wasn't more fragile at that time, just curious really, people had said they'd had interesting readings from him, so a few of us went to see him, each having individual readings.

I do remember being cynical of him even during my reading. He said he could see me in a white car, my car at the time was red. Then he said my next car would be white. My next car was blue.
