Contempt of Cop

The ticket is the summons. She (and everyone else) has choices. Sign the ticket or go to jail. She is obviously a pretty shitty mother. Most people with a child in the car, and one on the way, would never be so stupid as to force cops to remove her from the car and take her to jail. What pregnant woman wants to go to jail over signing a damn ticket. Ever been to jail? They are dirty nasty places. Not a place where a sane pregnant woman would want to be, especially if all she had to do was sign the ticket.

For a libertarian you are very authoritarian in your viewpoints

If all well saying she should have done this and done that but what kind of person would manhandle a woman who was 7 months pregnant over a frigging speeding ticket... oh right, a cop would

I'm a libertarian, not an anarchist. What kind of woman forces the cops to arrest her when she is pregnant? Should the cop have broken the law and lost his job, because she wanted to act like an idiot? She had to go to jail. That is not an option. You can't seem to grasp that she forced the cops to arrest her. She did not give them a legal option not to.

If you don't sign a ticket, it's case dismissed. What would happen if no one signed tickets?
