The hyperbole I put in the title is my way of praising those awesome chefs for bringing their A-game to their workplace every day. :laughing: Cooking 3-course meals twice daily for 6,000 miners! Just ONE weak link in that huge catering chain could bring the whole mining workforce to its knees with food poisoning, as we all know.

Pay everyone properly. All of us are renting out our time to people eager for it and should be compensated for it appropriately.

Stumbled on this.
The feeding of the 5,000 6,000 . :eyebrow:




Everything runs like clockwork, military precision.
Spotless hi-tech kitchens. The diners come in with masks & gloves.

Sophisticated international cuisine. Gorgeous bbq's.
Everything cooked from scratch onsite, even their big, square sliced breads lol.
( @ 3.40,  4.10,  8.00, .......... and 9.30 onwards - gosh!!)
