Car Parking

My mate and his neighbour live in bungalows the opposite side of a canal to a small industrial site for small businesses which are surrounded by double yellow lines, traffic wardens are there regular.
Walk down my mates garden and his neighbours and you get the canal towpath and a pedestrian bridge which is the site entrance.
The people who work on the site are extremely short of car parking spaces and are asking if they can park in their premises, a daily fee of £10 each is being talked about for 2 cars each, seems expensive to me but they are willing to pay it I assume.
Both bungalows could make space available for more cars.

Would you rent off some of your premises for stranger parking

I told my mate to think about insurance and things in general..
