AVF can implement whatever rules and moderation policy it wants (as long as those are within the law of the land).
if Stuart wants to ban anti-vaxxers and people that say anything moderately pro-Russia he's entitled to. The issue is the gas-lighting that AVF is open and welcoming to both sides of the political spectrum, when that clearly isn't the case and there are numerous examples that demonstrate that isn't the case.
Not least of all the rampant antisemitism along with the mods coming down like a ton of bricks on anyone that expresses a moderately pro-Israel, anti Hamas stance - including: KingsGambit, Muji and NoMoreOilyRags. The crime of Oilyrags was asking "aren't moderators supposed to be neutral" in response to one of the biggest antisemites of the lot - who funnily enough is no longer a moderator and hasn't posted since February.
But sure, it's just rightwingers crying

Sure, multi-billionaire Paypal co-founder, Tesla/SpaceX CEO Elon Musk isn't a "smart guy" and it's contentious to say that he is. If you genuinely believe that then your brain must be mush. And that's ignoring that the only reason he is now so reviled by the Left is because he took away another one of their echo chambers
