I’m just not feeling festive at the moment, perhaps as we move into December I might.
I’m glad to see others here getting very excited and planning ahead.
There’s not much to look forward to these days, so Christmas is a great distraction.

This is really quite amazing, considering major firms pay huge figures for Christmas adverts.



I’m sure this particular pub will see an increase in footfall.

Amazon is brilliant for making my life easy.
The amount I've spent on there the last week is large and obviously others are doing the same.
I don't know about Jeff buying another yacht he'll be able to buy America at this rate!

That's one thing I don't like about NZ.
It's usually very hot on Christmas day, so many people have a BBQ.
Doesn't really give you that Xmassy feeling.

I found it funny that M&S managed to produce an ad that annoyed just about every group. From calling it "Thismas" and pissing off the people who moan about Christmas being cancelled to burning stuff that looked like the Palestinian flag. It was even bad to the poor little Elf on the Shelf. :mrgreen:
