They have a long way to go before they can put right the wrongs the poisonous liberal left gave us for over two decades.

I'm sorry you see it like that. Sorry for you because the "putting right" as you see it just ain't going to happen. You had your big moment but Boris, Farage, Gove, Rees-Mogg et al stole it from under you.

How far do they want to go? Bankrupt the country?

Criminals are obviously a different matter but why do normals get judged by the crims?

Thats an easy one - according to the Albanians that stayed in Albania all the Albanian criminals are in the UK now, most pretending to be Kosovans.

Which brings up another question, according to refugee 'rules' once it is deemed safe in the country they came from, all refugees should return home - the war in the Balkans and Kosovo ended over 2 decades ago. :dunno:

That justifies judging all Albanians as criminals? I don’t see why you highlighted that sentence to make your point.

Because there are shit loads of English ex pats queing up at Spanish benefits offices, social housing centres and hospitals.

Of course there will be some and not all immigrants are in receipt of benefits here or seeking housing, many actually work in the service industry or the NHS etc. :hand:

People learn by mingling with and by talking with people. My observations are accurate.

Trapper John wrote:Here's a truth which some will call me racist and bigot for daring to share.

Anyone see Anglo Indian comedian Romesh Ranganathan's filmed trip to Albania which he says was to find out if our preconceptions of Albanians stood up to scrutiny and because Michael Palin and Sue Perkins had done everywhere else?

On his first visit to Tirana the capital he asked people if it was true that Albania had vicious gangs who might kill or kidnap him? He was told that Albania was almost crime free now as all the gangs went to the UK during the Kosovan crisis, which sounds like a joke but it wasn't.

A famous (in Albania) journalist and presenter of her own TV show welcomed him onto her show and offered to show him the country and to meet it's people.

She said he was in no danger whilst in Albania and although it was true that much of the gang crime migrated to the UK by virtue of the fact that they claimed to be Kosovan refugees fleeing war, they were in fact Albanians. She then went on to blame the UK government for that because they never checked the nationality or status of those claiming to be Kosovan, they just let them into your country on their word.

So next time I tell you this country is infested with Alabanian pickpocket, drug and people trafficking gangs, it's not a figment of my imagination or a racist rant, it's simply the truth which some find unpleasant to the ear. :smilin:

Yep. Every single Albanian criminal upped and moved to the UK. I trip over them when I walk down the street, so infested we are.

Bloody NotKosovan refugees :grrrrr:

Like with many immigrants, they often congregate in pockets/ghettos. Immigrants in general don't tend to be evenly dispersed around the country, which is why you get places like certain parts of Luton, Slough, Bradford, Leicester, Brixton, Moss Side, Toxteth where there are large ethnic minorities living together.

Birds of a feather. People settle where they feel welcome, why be negative by calling it ghettos?

Lady Murasaki wrote:They make these digs like ‘ghettos’ then claim they didn’t mean anything negative by it.

It's a thread about bigotry, so if the cap fits. Normally I'd call them communities.

Anybody covered lack of integration yet?

I found the Costa del Sol to be a bit plebby in places tbh - but in fairness, the further east you go the better it seems.

The Costa's are certainly ruined by the gammons who demand fish and chips or a full English etc and moan about foreigners when they are foreigners themselves..The vast majority are as thick as pig shit, you need to get off the beaten track to avoid the scum.

See, even that’s not true of all ex pats. Most mingle and enjoy the local cuisine, even learn the language.
All this labelling is kinda funny but also out of date.

A few but certainly not most. I used to spend a lot of time there as a family member owned a house in the mountains, so you obviously haven't mingled with the ex pats in the towns much.

I obviously have. Friend has a villa there. Your views are a bit outdated.

If you call a couple of years ago dated!!!!

I doubt that much has changed over that time.
