Yep. Pretty much this. I was looking forward to a good storm. I'm relieved my upstairs isn't like a bloody sauna anymore though, I might be able to get a full nights sleep tonight.

I was initially thankful for the rain this morning as it's a nice reprieve from the heat, but the fecking wind had to join in. :grrrrr: Ended up cancelling 2 jobs as I don't want to get drenched walking there.

I don't remember it this bad since the late 60's.
Had to go out for a drive with the air con blowing. An hours relif but as I got back out of the car bang ... this oppressive heart hit me.
Now it's large fan blowing and a couple of bottles of Bud.

Half hour of rolling thunder with some rain. Never saw one flash of lightening and now it's worse than it was before!

Huge thunderstorms during the night - had to comfort two terrified dogs - didn't get a wink - nice kip this aft perhaps.
