I think it'll go ahead, we'll leave the EU. David Cameron has resigned and I'm sure that was done as he's certain our votes will win out. The population, the people, have voted leave. Anything else will be met with riots and there will be cries of dictatorship if the government decides to stay in the EU now. From what I've read Europe wants us out sooner than later too since the referendum.
Well, have we left Europe yet? Taking their time signing off aren't they? As I have said elsewhere, there are many reasons I don't see it happening, but here is a well written example of why Cameron resigned and also why there is no one clambering for his seat....
I don't think we will be leaving, as it would trigger too many actions - as simple as that.

This is the second full working day since the referendum - like everything was going to be sorted.
The cancerous tentacles of the EU dug deep into our country, some precision surgery and a great deal of chemotherapy is needed - it just takes time is all.
