Don't need drink as my friends will tell you....mad enough without it. I can laugh and enjoy music/company without looking like a drunken twat. Working bars and seeing the states some of them get in, put me off for life.

Tho in fairness it's fructose, not what we put in tea, that is poison as well as fattening to our bodies. Fructose is natural sugar.

Yes, I meant in general though.
Those steroids are a bitch. Pal of mine went massive! Now off them and she fell to a size 6 ! I won't take them at all, plus they mess about with the muscles if on them long term.

Not that simple for some Mes.
I've never over eaten and never been over weight until I had to start taking medication that came with a warning ... might turn you into a fat bastard .... jumped four stone in a matter od weeks and was actually eating less because I wasn't very well.
Lifes a bitch.

I try my best to eat a healthy, varied diet throughout the week, which includes all of the food groups. However, if I want a slice of cake once a week then I do so with no guilt. I enjoy good food, well cooked and limit my portions. But, to me, eating food is pleasurable aswell as functional.
