Surely you have.
Well, so can we - especially when we find that we were lied to, exploited and manipulated first time round.
Fortunately the British people, rather like many of the Americans who had a similar experience with Trump, have changed their minds with all polls pointing towards a Remain majority.
You're embarrassing yourself now canny with this - it's been over 27 months and you're still banging on about having another vote because your side lost.
Of course people change their minds, what counts though is the mind-set at the time of voting. And of course politics is riddled with exploitation and manipulation - do you think politicians are honest and transparent? Do you believe every party ever voted into power has always delivered all promises in their manifestos?
You are wanting to re-write history, based on people changing their minds. Should we go back through history and claim every PM we've ever had, should never have been allowed in number 10, because people went on to change their minds about them?
What happens is canny, when people change their minds, they vote differently at the
next referendum/election, they don't go back to the previous one and have another go. Which is why you see alternating parties in power. And now the public has changed it's mind since the 1975 EU referendum, and has voted to leave this time around. You and your fellow whinging lily-livered nancy boys of the liberal/left will just have take it on the chin and wait for the next EU referendum, and hope the vote goes your way this time, rather than perpetually stamping your feet about the last one.
